Cultures Africa Must End

Culture emanated from the existence of humanity. It is a contest which begun early BC and Africa is the connection point of these norms we are going to sail through.

Unemployment is a major problem in entire Africa. Her youths are highly affected and it is a pressing need which has to be dealt with as it upsets our economy as a continent. This is because the economic growth of a country is measured by how much each citizen produces and in this case who should create the jobs. From time memorial we have been brought up in a culture which is full of transform-blame. Having thoughts that it is someone else’s responsibility to create an opportunity then we show up for huge incomes as per our high level of education.

Education first seemed to be a proper way of solving unemployment. This called out for investment in this sector of which decade after the other graduates from various learning institutions in Africa have been increasing, only to find that it is not helpful because they are jobless even after going through this education system. But why? Every parent invested in education and we are all made to believe that at the end of our career we are entitled to green pastures.

Maybe there is something misplaced in our learning system which requires a little modification besides, what about we bringing the technicality in our schools, yes it will be costly but worth the situation. For a culture that deteriorates one’s economy is nothing but a raider. The government creates opportunities for us to grow economically but do you think they can fight this battle alone!

To improve the standards of living in Africa everybody must be productive.

What should we abandon

Blame game

The time is here and we should hug it. The potential is within us to abort this norm. By taking rest in accusing the government for not generating sufficient chances and start embracing innovation.

Everyone has to be useful.

Poor Education System

What next after attaining a diploma, degree, masters, and Ph.D. It is emotional to own all this and still be jobless.

Africa calls for an education system that will be unbiased to all who adopt it.

We need a change in this sector to restore the lost value of education.

I believe we have great notions running in our minds and we can put them together.

What possibly may cause a creature with forty trillion cells not use even a single cell to innovate?

  1. Especially in the case of education and poor education system, i think the government should do something for the many graduates who are jobless outside there. I think the education system has to be revised and a clear one put in place to avoid wastage of resources in the name of studying get we come out and rendered jobless.
